This site has been built primarily to inform, update and act as a networking resource for all members regarding legal issues currently in progress.  Our email list is constantly increasing and this site is updated on a regular basis. This site does not represent Sundance Meadows or Vail Lake Resort.  We are just a growing number ( 750+ on email list ) of members who are trying to stay abreast of what is going on and how it may affect our future membership.  Over 75 members and their families have contributed funds or efforts to provide you with their findings.  The latest information is posted on the "Researched Info" page.  If you have information or questions you would like posted on this web site, you can email me at james@vaillake.info or go to the Online Discussion Forum to do so.
